ok i understand this but why ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ steam decides for my and ban my marketplace for my secure this is some joke i want to protect my accont and steam just for that give my 15 day to what? They think if i wait 15 day that my accont will be better secure?

That's indeed the case. Every change to security setting can be done by you or by a hijacker who just stole that account. The waiting time is for the original account owner to have time to reclaim the account before the hijacker can do something evil with it.

Nothing. Once you've enabled the mobile authenticator and wait the cool down, you won't have to confirm anything.
