I am so pissed at steam.

I have pre purchased For Honor, 100$. I try to refund it with a small play time of 10 hours. And have been denied 8 times for a refun, on top of that I make a question (supposed to be by an actual support member) and they give me an automated message from "Ema". I want a refund for this horrible purchase.

2 hours of gameplay. That is how much you can have(tops) to be able to refund a game.

Steam considers 2 hours a "small playtime" and you can't recieve a refund after that time limit.

10 hours isn't a small play time, and the guidelines clearly state that you have 2 hours maximum limit to refund. you'd be lucky to get 3 hours and a refund. :/

10hours is 8hours to much, spamming your request will not do you any good.
You got a no, accept it, and remember the refundlimit is max.2hours and within 14days from the day you bough the game.

You only have yourself to blame for this.

Take some responsibility for once in your life
