Playing Open Beta Games after the game release? What is 'PRE-LOAD'?

Hello, I recently downloaded a Open Beta version of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands. I did play a little... Then the Open Beta version is finish on 27/2/2017. I didnt delete it yet. So I wonder, can I still play this game after its release? Also, I looked into my library and its says 'PRE-LOAD'. What does that mean?

If you mean the beta version, no.

There is no reason to keep running the beta servers when the Game is going to be released (soon?).

"Preload" just means you can download the game files before the actual Game is released. Pro about preload is, you can play the Game right away when it's officially released without having to wait for the download to finish.
