is bundle item can tradable or gift?
please help me or let me know if the bundle can be gift nor can be sale

Look in the info about items in your inventory.
"Sell on market"

like what it say's for example this item is not tradable nor marketable but maybe gift?

Bundles are activated to your Steam account. You can't gift them.
Unless it's a package that allows you to buy it as a gift.
