That UPlay is still asking for one indicates an outdated UPlay client.
Uninstall your current UPlay client and download and install the latest version from the Ubisoft homepage.
And that's both a necro and incorrect information. If there are any CD keys left in the system for their games then they'll be for really old titles like Anno 1404 - and they'll be unnecessary if you're using an up to date UPlay client. They stopped issuing CD keys certainly before the release of Anno 2070 and that's a long time ago.
