Help me with download scheduling
Recently my steam client decided to start scheduling downloads on its own. It downloads for like 10 seconds then pauses and schedules for 5~10 minutes later.
The first time I experienced this was about 2 weeks ago. I had uninstalled Subnautica and when I tried to download it again this kept happening. After some research, I got it to work by clearing my download data in Steam->Settings->Downloads.
Now I'm trying to update Path of Exile and it's happening again, but this time clearing the download data isn't helping at all. It downloads like 10mb and pauses. I can't download 1.3gb this way.
Please, someone help me. This is annoying AF.

I'm having the exact same issue with, both, PoE and Smite.

Bumping your thread.

Edit: Try by running (windows key + r) this command: steam://flushconfig

It worked for me.

Thanks for the advice, but I've already brute forced my way through this problem. I noticed that it would take longer than 10s for it to pause after I cleared the download data, so I cleared again and again until it was over, downloading 150~200mb each time.
Problem isn't solved at all, but at least I got my update.
