first simpler, repeat every time
on the Windows volume icon of the taskbar (if not personalized on the right left on your screen) you can choose the output audio device. simply left-click as if you want to change volume with the mouse then there should be an icon with a headphone (win 7) or a description over the slide bar (win 10) that should say something like headset - earphone, if you click on them you should be able to choose which you will use
second, little more complicate, should be definitive:
right click on the windows wolume icon, in the menu choose "Playback device" option, a window will open. There should be all the output audio device in a list, then if you plug in the PS4 controller a new voice with a green circle should appear. The green circle is the default output device, in the list should also be your speaker/usual audrio device. Click on the audio autput device you prfer (it's important that the PS4 controller is connected) then on the bottom right of the window over the usual "ok cancel apply" button there is a "set default" button. When you click it the device you selected get the green circle, that means now your audio will be played from the speaker every time you plug in the PS4 controller
