If someone is able to get your SSFN file, you have way bigger problems than a compromised Steam account.

you dont need to know who used your account, you need to secure it better. if they have ssfn and user data they can only login without triggering steam guard if they know the password for your account. auto login does not always work when files are moved. again this is not information you need to be knowing. get a device and enable mobile auth to secure your account better.

Is there any activity on your account that's not from you? Game time, trades?

i dont know if someone have my SSFN file, i just tellling is hackers do not need my email to use my account
and about strange activities on my account, i got eac ban, propably not by viruses or by programs running in background, propably someone used my account, even eac support told me to ask steam support from which ip my account was used

i need to know if someone used my account, beacause if yes i need to prepare better when i buy another account

If you thibnk someone's accessing you account. There's an easy solution. CHange the password, and change the password for the associated email account. Also scan your ssystem for malware.

watching gameplay time is now useless for me, and noone will saw small changes in their gameplay time
and as i said, propably someone used my account, eac staff told me to ask steam support
of course there is chances that no one has used my account, but i need to know it
