How to bring steam groups in order?

Is there anyway you can not just determine the primary group but also the order of the 2 other groups that are shown on profile?. Like 2nd and 3rd favorite group or something?.

nope, only primary, but you can be active in those groups to show appreation

Other than you primary, the steam group order is by join order, with the most recent at the top.
Theoretically, you could leave each group, then re-join in the order you want them.

that was my first guess actually, i tried it with one group but it didnt make any difference. like i left the group at the bottom and rejoined, than it was still at the bottom. i'll try it with all of them maybe.

Then it probably hard codes your original join date which then becomes some sort of permanent record.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I cannot seem to locate instructions on how to display my groups in the order I want.
