Thanks for your answer - like you said, you can only buy 1 unique item in one shipment (it is stated in FAQ). So you have to pay shipment x2. Is it logical? Nope. Is it understandable? Not for me :)

Never said I want the same shippment price.
You can get Link (shipment 11€ for only link) + Link boundle (Link+controller) (shipment 18€ for both link and boundle).
If Id bought 2x Link the shippment would be around 15-16€.
There is counterparty risk in shipping physical goods as a result Steam only lets you order so much so quickly so you can't just claim none of it arrived.
I remember a thread by someone else that hit that issue buying trying to buy two links and controllers.
And I'm not sure if they are doing this on purpose or not.
For some reason the same thing happens to games: One copy at a time.
