Repeating "static" sound in Shadowplay recordings
Hi, when I record with Nvidia Shadowplay there's a repeating static sound in the recordings. I can't hear it while recording but it's there in the videos. It only recently started happening after I had unplugged my PC and plugged it back in, in order to move it to a friends place and back. Here's a short clip where you can hear the repeating sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQ04hRkNwbo

Does someone here happen to know what might cause this? I tried unplugging my mic and recording without it but there's still the static sound.

Thanks

Have you tried recording anything else?
It might be the game.

Yes it shows up in all recordings, in a game or just recording desktop.

I still havent found a fix for it other than turning off my mic completely in shadowplay. And it's hardly a fix since now I can't record anything with my voice :/ ... i guess unless I record my mic seperately but I cba.

This might be a little late, but give this a try.

1: Go to sounds
2: Recording
3: Select the microphone you are using to talk
4: Properties
5: Advanced
6: Use the highest format (all the way to the bottom)

Thank you @Aqua, that seems to have worked :D I hope people with a similar issue stumbles upon this thread because I couldn't find the fix anywhere before you posted that comment.

Worked by setting my audio output to 96khz instead of the usual 48khz
