Downloading TF2
So, I moved over TF2 onto my 32 gig sd and it copied ofver fine, leaving around 5 gigs left. When I went into steam and clicked install for tf2 it said I didn't have ebough space. How do I get steam to recognize that I have TF2, but I need it to update

you need more space free on the drive than the game you updating...
But an update shouldn't be that large

It is when you make a copy of the game to apply the update to, so that in case things go wrong, the customer doesn't have to re-download the entire game again.
ah, that makes sense. So really my only choice is to wait and download the entire game?
that probably won't work either...

You shouldn't be running anything that big from such a small drive. (My) General rule of thumb is to keep 20-30% free space so the drive can work correctly.

That's AFTER taking the update space in to account...

i.e. 240GB SSD should have at least 50GB free at all times, even during the update of the largest game.
