It's not that hard actually.
We don't know his account name nor the email attached to his account.
The whole "i am friends with them so give the account to me" is not proof of anything either.
If you supposedly 'made a ticket last time" then you would be able to log into your existing support account and get the information, which would be things like the email you used (which you now claim you don't know AGAIN) and the account name.
Steam helped me last time and we recovered the account. Now it's lost again due to my brother's idiocy. I just want to know how to contact someone from Steam. I want to make a ticket like last time.
If you actually try to enter something and it doesn't work then it will move to another option.
Note that it says after trying " In order to recover your account as quickly as possible please try to search for your account again."
So have your brother sit and try to enter anything that could be the name. Any old account name he can think of.
Probably good so he might be more careful in the future.
They probably do this because some people don't even try.. Forcing them to try might help them find it and save everybody time.
Note last time you knew the email address. This time you literally are saying "I know nothing please give me the account"
Do not blame support because of a continued PBKAC error of not knowing either the registered email or the account name. Especially when this PBKAC error is happening MULTIPLE times.
Seriously, why doesn't steam show the account name on your profile, it's just dumb.
"Seriously, why doesn't steam show the password on your profile, it's just dumb."
Have you tried entering that email?
