Steam profile copied.

Hi i have a friend with a problem. Now he isn't active because of school so i wanna help him with this. Here his profile(THE ORIGINAL):
Now it's been a while that another person is using thesame credentials(like name, profile description, picture of him and nationality) of him. i tried to ask him to change them but he refused saying that copying the same profile is "funny". is there any way to solve this? i mean a way to ban /give a warn to this user?

The owner can go to the impersonators profile and report them , they have to provide evidence they own the images or any other materials.

Use the report feature on the profile and report them for impersonation.

Roper that profile. Theres an explicit "Impersonating another user" report category.

i've already report him but nothing have changed yet.

All of my firends have already reported him for impersonation. And what do you mean with proof?

If you can prove that he was him that copied and not your friend.

I have only 1 thing that can be considerd a "proof" now. the "sT | " is the game tag of my clan. if you go on my profile you can see a private group called "stryke clan". On the member list you can see that the real profile is subscribed and the impersonator isn't. Don't know if it can be enough. if is not i can get more proof.

The person that owns the account has to do it. Friends reporting wont help so much, the owner has to do the report and if possible provide proof.
