How to change profile pic via mobile?

As of now there is no way to do that. However if you have a open device that can be customized , Such as the android phone. You might be able to get it to desktop mode and import a photo but that's just me spit balling.

You can do it on steam website (not the app).

Open your browser on mobile then loggin in steam go change it
