And or csgo bubble is says : enable mobile authenticator and trade confirmations to be able to deposit. I have mobile authenticator enabled soo what do I need to do ???

Steam doesn't supports any of those websites. If you lose your items (what will happene at one point), blame only yourself.

those sites he listed are CONFIRMED scam sites. it's not a matter of if, it will happen if you use those, infact, if he tried to type a link to one, it would say phishing link, link removed, etc.

Look, the idea is that you are not supposed to deal with Steam items anywhere else as Steam itself. All 3rd party sites are scams or will become eventually, even if the business they do now seems fair. Pretty much like a pyramid scheme.
