Any tip to clean Steam useless files?

Hi, I have approximately 1.5TB of game installed, many were removed, installed, re-installed etc over time... And I would be amazed to see temporary (useles) files taking 50GB...

So... Is there a way to do a little Steam cleanup?

There are tools which can deleted redistributiopnal stuff like dx installers etc. (think it was named tikione or so?)...but those may could get downloaded again with the next update of a game....
