Limited acount
Hello,

So, direct into the problem: Lately i noticed my account is ~limited~, while trying to get a free key to Minion Masters.
After some time i decided to buy something, and yesterday i did it. I just spent 9 dollars (in my currency, but it was right as the item bought in game was 9 dollars and removed the ammount of my steam wallet). Now i would like to know if i just have to wait a few more days or if i need to send a ticket in order to make my account unlimitteted once again.

I do have a vac ban, although as far as my research have shown it's not related.

Thank you.

It has to be $5 US. Also, your account is NOT limited.

what free key are you trying to get?

what does that have to do with a limited account?

Click here to help figure out what you've spent on steam so far.

Since you didn't mention what currency you used, it's up to you to figure out what you spent in US dollars.

You don't need to contact steam if you've unlimited your account through a suitable purchase.

Wow, that was a fast reply.
I did waste 9 dollar, as i bought Jekk's bounty in Eternal Card Game.
Also, i am not sure if i am or not limited, i am sorry, but every time i try to get a Minion Masters Key I get a message saying http://i.imgur.com/Wg2Nqv2.png "Sorry, Limited Steam Accounts are not allowed".

I am sorry, i didn't see you answer before. My currency is BRL (brazilian money) and i spent 30 BRL.

Any other advice?
I appreciate your help.

My advice is to not get free keys from shady places. I am 100% sure your account is not limited.

And one more thing if I may add. Your carelessness already got you a VAC ban. Maybe try and spend your time here on Steam legitimately instead of looking for the next deal.

It will only get you in trouble in the long run...

Did you purchase "Eternal Card Game Jekk’s Bounty" less than 2 weeks ago AND play less than 2 hours?

If the answer to both questiona is "yes", then request a refund and get your money put back in your wallet.

I am not sure about the amount of time i have played it since it's more like a DLC. But the answer to the first one is: yes. Althought i would rather not get the key i am aiming here and just keep Jekk's bounty.

Steam support could help me, if i could send a ticket, am i wrong?

No, you would just request a refund after checking your playtime on your profile. You wouldn't make a ticket.

Like that i would have to replay the campain in order to unlock it's content, right? What i bought is almost like a hearthstone adventure. Seems easier to send a ticket, but i can't find how to.

OK so you bought an in-game item for a F2P game? If you have a question about gameplay mechanics, that isn't a support issue.

Ask on the game forum.

No, i bought an in-game item in a F2P game via steam wallet. But waht i want to know is why i am unable to redeem other game using my steam account. I got no problems with what i bought.
