Selling cards ?
Helllo, I am quite new to steam cards and selling cards since I was limited not long ago

So, I've got a lot of doubles , and I plan on selling them so I can buy the other cards for the badge, but I've got one question , If I sell a card on the market , will I get half of the cards worth ? or get the full price ? I've bought a few games with some coupons with the though of making profit from the cards , but now this came in my head . Thanks !

IF you have doubles, it is better to trade them rather than sell them, the reason being that you lose money when you sell due to Steam/Developer cut.

It'll say on the market page what you'll get.

Buyer pays X you receive Y.

*If* someone buys your card, you get price you posted.

Steam will show you what you will receive vs. what the seller will pay. You can also see the Community Market FAQ, specifically the section titled "Fees".

You get what you ask for the card if someone is willing to pay that amount. Minus a fee for Steam.
But if you set a card into the market Steam will already show you what you are asking for and what the buyer has to pay. The transaction fee for Steam is payed by the buyer so beware.
Example: Card X is getting sold for 10 cents on the average so you want to set the card into the market for the same price. BUT if you price it 10 cent so you will GET 10 cent if it sells, the fee for Steam gets applied to the top, so the buyer has to actually pay 12 cents for the card. This fee is already included if you look around on the market so you would need to set the price for the card at 8 cent so that its 10 with the fee.
But like i said, Steam will show you those numbers when you create a market offer.

15% rounded up to the nearest cent.

2 cent is the minimum fee you always have to pay.
