A Separate Steam Support Account
Hello everyone,

I used to have a separate account just for Steam Support, complete with its own password. I used to log in using my email and not the Steam username. Recently when I tried to log in to Steam Support I managed to do so with my regular Steam account. Not only that, trying to use my Steam Support account credentials simply doesn't work.

What happened to my Steam Support account?

They changed that system sometime last year, it uses your regular steam account now.
The steam support account is gone as far as i know.

Thanks for the reply! Are you 100% positive about what you're saying? I have to be sure before I'm trashing the login information for the Steam Support account.

The old system is still there (most likely) for legacy reasons and so users can view old tickets, but you can not submit anything through it anymore. Now it's all done through the new system with your normal login.

You are right, I managed to log in into that link with my old credentials, but I guess there's no need for that account anymore. Thanks!
