Ark and Rust Glitched? Browser not working?

Okay so i was enjoying my self playing ark and my game crashed but then i reopen it again and i noticed that i couldnt see the update notes and nothing in my server browser also in primitive.
Then i play rust and the same thing happens. No server history no browser and then somtimes i open my browser and steam and it always doesnt respond (goggle chrome) also tried verifying cache almost everything i had at it. it doesnt work, please if anyone knows any awnsers or a way i could stop this from happening!

Flush your LAN connection...

Make a new .TXT file and paste this info in there

ipconfig /release
pause
ipconfig /renew
pause
netsh winsock reset catalog
pause
netsh int ipv4 reset
pause
netsh int ipv6 reset
pause
ipconfig /flushdns
pause
netsh int ip reset reset.log
pause

Now save it and rename it so you remove the .TXT and replace with .BAT
Now double click it to run it.


Verify your Steam Games.
