Pink ghosting / red and blue 3d effect

I bought a samsung 32" monitor a few months ago, and had only been playing 2d games at first. However, today when I tried playing a 3d game (Left 4 dead 2), it was having a weird double vision effect like those 3d images that you needed to wear those red and blue 3d glasses. At first I thought it was just with that one game, but when I tried playing my other 3d games they were all looking like that. The red and blue double vision is so bad that I can not play them. I've tried playing with all the setting in the options menus in game, etc. I've even tried playing with my monitor's settings, but so far nothing is working. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Here is an image from the Viscera Clean up detail start screen. All of the other games look the same. The text boxes are fine, it's just all the images that look blurry.

and if you use nvidia gfx card make sure to hide stereoscopic 3d when game starts from their control panel
