Slow download Speed 80KB/s Was 1-2MB/s
My download speed at some point refused to go over 100KB/s averaging around 80KB/s. It normally around 1-2MB/s. My internet did not suddenly get super slow as when I download overwatch updates I get 1-2MB/s.

I have tried changing my download region multiple times but it just makes it even slower (generally around 40KB/s). I even tried re-installing steam but that didn't help.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this please tell me as I don't want to wait an entire week to get my game downloaded. (and for clarification I do know the difference between bits and bytes)

I found out that restarting my modem will let me have my normal speeds for a short period of time. Might this be due to my ISP limited my steam download?
