DPI vs CPI
I have a problem. I was using a Perixx mouse and i had 400 dpi set on it. It was all fine but then i decided to buy myself a Steelseries Rival 700 and it CPI here. When i set my CPI too 400 it doesn't feel the same as it felt on the Perixx mouse. First when i set the CPI too 1200 if felt kindda the same. Now i don't know it my drivers are outdated of if CPI isn't exacly the same as DPI. Pls help me.

CPI and DPI should be a 1:1 scale. I'm not particularly familiar with either of those two mice but I would suspect you have app for the mouse and a sensitivity setting may be your culprit.

For example, my Roccat Kone will allow me to set profiles for ranges of DPI and if I have it on the wrong profile then my settings will obviously be different then what I was thinking it would be.
