PaySafeCard Not Working

Hi, I have a problem, I have recently bought a euro 10 paysafecard from a local shop in Malta (Agenda) which was advertising the paysafecard. I have tried to redeem my 16 digit code on steam, both on the application and the online website, however steam does not recognise it, and it doesn't even show up as an available method for purchase. The thing is that the paysafecard was being advertised to be used on steam, and steam is even listed on the accepted online shops list, https://www.paysafecard.com/en-mt/use/games/ . This is outrageous and I hope steam will be able to provide me with some answers ASAP.

If to doesn't show up as an available method, then its not an available method. Period. Complain to whatever place advertised it for false advertising.

now, is paydafe available for you in malta when you use the steam store. try to purchase a game. when you get to the paymanet method screen, is it listed there?
