Is there a way to make people in a chat listen to what you're listening?

What the title says.

By that I mean, for example, is there a way to make it so that the people in my voice chat (through Start Voice Chat) can hear a Youtube video I'm listening to? Maybe Spotify/any music that I'm playing? Anyone know how? I used to be able to do that by using Alt as push to talk, but when I try it, it won't work anymore.

Why would I want that? To simply troll my friends! :D


Since I'm already asking this, I might aswell ask this: is there a way to make it so that the people in your game (CS:GO for example) listen to the music/video/whatchamacallit that I'm listening to/playing?
