It's not necessary to copy and paste the message again. I read it. You do not own any games on the account you are posting from. You do not have the one-stop shopper badge, and you do not have any games.

Click "Purchase as gift", and when Steam asks how you want to send it, say you want to store the game in your inventory.

I am just a user like you. I have no idea if Steam will allow you to complete your purchase, as the first purchase already failed. The only way to find out is to try.

pero yo tengo una duda ? si es que fallo bueno la compra te lo guardan en el carrito y despues te dice que lo puedes volver a comprar dentro de 72 horas, bueno pero tengo que abonar dinero de vuelta o que ? lo que abone , el dinero que pague donde fue si es que steam no acepto mi pago ?

a mi me esta pasando lo mismo Abone $102 por el pack de battlefield bad company 2 y me mandaron ese mismo email y ahora nose si tengo que esperar o volver a comprar ..
