I have bought cs:go on steam but still I can not trade, sell items and add friends. It is so tough. What should I do?

Was there a large price difference between wherever you got the key and the key on the Afghanistan store front-end if that's what you use? One would had assumed Afghanistan would had gotten low prices too but maybe that's not the case because it's grouped together with some region of wealthier countries?
Only buying wallet worth enough should work too if one don't want to buy something specific but I can understand if one don't want to spend ~$5 on "nothing" in Afghanistan :/

It is purchasable as a gift, your just not able to store the gift in your inventory.

Ok, so the sales price I guess. €13.99 normally.
Green man gaming sold the whole Valve Complete Pack for around £12 for quite some time.
If you had lived in EU and bought at €6.99 then you would had have full access to Steam functions.

It is purchasable as a gift, your just not able to store the gift in your inventory.

I see. So gifting is possible but hoarding at sale possibly for resale is not.
