Help - Time Remaining keeps rising.

I have closed everything, restarted my laptop a couple times, and the internet runs smoothly on this and everything else. But when I try playing the game "God Eater Resurrection", it takes forever. The time remaining starts at 1 hour, than goes down, than shoots up to as much as 50 to 235 Days remaining... I have it on an External Hard Drive, could that be the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind whatever happened, it shot back up to normal download speed.
