Question about private Steam inventory.
I've noticed that if I tick "Keep your Steam Gift inventory private, regardless of your inventory setting above." it still does not keep my Steam inventory private. Whole inventory (including Steam) only becomes private only if I set the option to make all of my inventory private.

Am I misunderstanding this or is this a problem with other users as well? You can check out my inventory right now but the box to have my Steam inventory private is ticked.

Yeah, it looks like the case of me misunderstanding it.

Thanks!

I can't access your inventory due to the profile being private. I've purchased a gift and tested it myself though.

P.s: Do the aliases really disappear after two years?
