I personally live in China, and I've been out to Indonesia for a trip. My steam store is still Chinese, and I bought a keycode for dishonored 2. The cdk is chinese, and I live in China.Is it possible to use a vpn to activate the game?

EDIT: I've bought the keycode from a third party retailer in China. The keycode it self is safe.
