LIBRARY FOLDERS NOT WRITABLE ON MY C DRIVE
i have many games installed on my c drive becuase i have no d drive and all of a sudden library folders have become unwrittable and i cant install or update any game

Check folder permissions under C:\Program FIles (x86)\Steam\steamapps. Right-click on that folder and select Properties. Then select "Security" tab, click on everyone (or your account) and make sure you have parmission to write to that folder.
