You can move games between libraries now

right click-properties-local files->move install folder

It seems only one folder per driver can be added to steam.
To merge two library, just
1. copy SteamLibrary\steamapps\appmanifest_*.acf file to target same directory level
2. copy SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\* to target same directory level

And then I assume once you launch Steam it will see ALL the games in the single directory, so no re-install or individual copying via Steam required?

Also, I assume you can then delete the "old" (copied) steam library?
