Library Folder Not Writable for steam
why when I want update resident evil 7 I faced with this error:
"Library Folder Not Writable"
what should I do? even I can't backup my game and steam didn't allowed me to that before update the game!
I had downloaded 19 GB and now this problem! honestly it's very hard for me to download it again and can't uninstall steam because I have 3 game too !
please tell me what should I do ? and what is this error ?
can i fix it without uninstalling steam or games ?

Restart your PC. Test the issue. If it persists, disable your antivirus. Test the issue. If it persists, move your Steam installation.

thanks,before I face with this error I played the game for 44 minute after I exite from the game I faced with this error ! I don't know why I have problem only with this game !
it's first time I download my game by myself ! before that I always use restore backup and I didn't see any error ?

It's either a Windows permissions issue, or a third-party program interfering with Steam, or a third-party program has a lock on the folder. Could be as simple as a false positive in your antivirus of choice.

Well I restart my system and everything becomes fine !
