destination folder must be empty

ive just installed steam for the first time on my pc but it keeps saying destination file must be empty

Then select an empty folder.

Since nobody has actually answered the question, here's the answer, where all your games are saved, just create a new folder called steam library point it to that directory and it will pull down all the games that are located in the folder, it's the easiest and simplest solution I've found without having to edit the config file, hope this helps
