First, Steam support handles thousands of tickets a day, some wich are much higher priority than yours.
Second, steam support is usually for payment/account problems.

1. Higher priority than yours as people who are having very serious problems.
2. You don't have anything for VR on your account, so i doubt that.
3. How are you planning to withdraw your 'previous stuff' ?
4. Valve is unable to help you with 3rd party issues.
Like i said, consider reading the link i sent you since it talks about the problem you are having.
I did read it and nowhere you said something about a support page. But maybe someone else here on the forum has an different idea for you.
Valve will be unable to assist you with products outside of Valve's scope of products they've released. There will be a similar reply to your support ticket, so I can only recommend that you refer to the above link to save yourself a lot of waiting time. :^)
Also, you're not a special snowflake so don't expect Valve to drop everything just for you. You're a user just like the millions of others who have submitted tickets. I know Steam has terrible customer service but they will get around to you eventually.
What does Steam say under the "Operating System Version" section?
You don't... Steam keys require a free Steam account. They are also one-time use. Contact the developer if you want a DRM-free copy, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
What games are giving this error, and what is your operating system? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
i actually do, how would you know? plus its through the oculus, so the only thing vr through steam i used was the steam vr client to check my system, other than that i play elite dangerous on oculus. the support page has you do both of those things and thats it, so yes i did do it
ya i'd expect that my ticket wouldnt take more than week to address
