Star Citizen
Okay so I know this game is not on steam and its its own thing, but I thought this would be a good place to ask. This game looks..BEAST. But I dunno if my potato can run it. Specs: CPU: i5-3330s, 12gb RAM, PNY GeForce GT 730 1gb GDDR5 (low profile). I know that the GPU is bad but I just want to try this game. Would be even be playable??

That graphics card is too weak for that game, even at lowest settings and 720p. You simply won't reach a playable framerate.
Everything else that you listed is fine, however.

Damn. If I were to upgrade it to a GTX 460 do you know if it would be any better? (nice pic btw)

yes, but a gtx460 needs a good power supply

what brand/model psu do you have?

Actually you might be able to run it at really low settings and framerates:
"
Minimum System Requirements

Windows 7 (64 bit) – Service Pack 1, Windows 8 (64 bit)
DirectX 11 graphics card with 1GB Video RAM
Quad core CPU
8GB Memory
"
That's a quote directly from here:

It doesn't say how powerful the GPU needs to be and I'm going to guess it's relatively flexible. You'll probably have to crank down the settings and resolution but I bet it will play at like at least 20 to 30 FPS. However I could potentially be wrong.

Still since the rest of your system is pretty solid for it maybe you could get a cheap but decent GPU & PSU upgrade that should increase your GPU power by multiple times over:

EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
PowerColor Radeon R9 270 2GB TurboDuo Video Card
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hz4vNG
Base Total: $167.98
Mail-in Rebates: -$50.00
Total: $117.98

If you already have a 500W or more PSU with at least one PCie 6 or 6+2 pin PCie connector then you don't need the new PSU. I'm guessing you probably do need a new PSU though.
