Problem with Cossacks 3 CD-Key
Hello,

my father bought himself "Cossacks3" and installed Steam for the installation. Unfortunately he registered the CD-Key to a wrong Email. He wrote his Email wrong (he forgot a letter). Now i dont find a way to write a ticket.
We have the CD here , the key and we got the sales check,
is there any way to get the Game on the right Email?

CD Keys are bound to a Steam account, not an EMail address.

I'm confused how he'd 'register the cd-key to a wrong email" to begin with?

I'm assuming he bought it physical and then tried to activate the Steam key on his (newly created) Steam account? I don't see where an email comes in there.

Ukrainian payment system does not work, as everywhere else, there is the purchase of steam wallet card codes, and getting via email - perhaps talking about this?

he bought it at local store (Media Markt) OVP. he created new account for steam , but wrote the email wrong. now he cant install it at his right steam acount because it says the key is already used, nor he can log in the other account ( maybe because it was not even created because he could not accept any steam mail)

problem with retail markets will be solved by retail market - Steam support can't help
return it to retail market, and buy in Steam
when key activated once, CD key tied to account forewer

There's no way to redeem a key if he wasn't logged in to an account, so the account was at least created (or he was logged into another one). At this point it sounds like an account recovery issue. Try to see how far you get with the options in support for that and else create a ticket to recover the account.

Der Key ist verbraucht .. benutzt den anderen steamaccount.. die daten hat er sich aber schon aufgeschrieben ? (login + passwort)
