not getting emails from steam support help
not getting my verification email to log in my account from another pc using gaurd. tried change email address to another email but it says sent email to verify which I dont get either , I can log into my second steam acount no problem though and log in the main one ok from the main pc with the account on it already verified. Cant even get through to steam support either as it says sent code which im not getting >????

After it says "sent code", you can go to a page where you can click "Can't receive email".

yes im aware of that . it then says toopen a support ticket but then says its got send a code via email again before you can submit . Im not getting any emails from either steam account on 2 different email address coming through , Checked with Virgin media says nothing wrong there end . Tried test emails from other accounts they work fine too. Cant get through to support with out some form of code from them via email ???

Youncan. Follow the "can't log in" path, there you can change the contact email.

iv done that but to change the contact email it says it sends a verification email to the new email account which its not sending out either

emails must be stuck on the server somewhere as not even virgin can see any coming in when i request a code to be sent from steam. Anyone direct at steam support help me out here . Iv been trying this for over 48 hours now and getting frustrated as you dont even have a contact number to call which is very bad service.

Dude, you need to click "Don't receive email" or similar. Then you'll get to a place where you can are another email address.

Guys im not new to this iv had a steam account years , I clicked dont recieve email already nd it says contact support .I click contact support who then say sending a code before can submit the fault . No email comes through so how am I suppose to submit a fault . thats as far as it lets me go.

was using my second account to write the responce. It seems the problem is with virgin even though they suggest not. I have reset the email account to hotmail account instead and now have a code come through , Somewhere theres a pile of emails held up either at virgin media or steam outbox though to my ntlworld account email address

I have solved this problem after months of trying to contact steam searching endlessly in my emails something crossed my mind to check my bin and what di i see 176 emails from steam with v codes hope this has helped you all if this is still a problem for people
