Stream Key
I cant get intto my old accountt and needed a new stream key to make a new account and register. So I permenantly deleted it and bought it again, but the key is the exact same! I cant find out how to open a support ticket for steam either. Any suggestions?

Assuming you're talking about one of the MMOs, you'll need to contact their support in order to recover your account. I am unaware of a method to change a product key once the game is tied to your account,and since it could be used to circumvent game bans I doubt there is a method.

You can't just get a new steam key for games. The reason for that is that people could circumvent bans... also there is no such thing as permanently delete if you can undo the deletion the same way you deleted it. It's just a glorified hide button.
