Then go and translate them. Which costs money. There is a reason why most games just use English, translations are expensive.

Hahahahahaha! :steamfacepalm:

Man, that's like asking why most Japanese videogames and anime are in Japanese! Guess what, there are thousands of people all over the world that love them, but without translators to do the translating, and publishers to do the publishing...

你叫英语吧!加油!

Because English is the lingua franca, the one universal language everybody speaks. Unless they're Chinese, French or maybe Russian.

When the games only have the language of the country of origin is either because it is not profitable to translate it for now or because they do not have enough money. And with English being the language that most people understand, they reach more people.

You can't beat 1.7 billion Chinese.

Well, while English has "only" 1.5 billion speakers, it has the advantage of being first. The world already speaks English, while Chinese is only spoken in China. There's endless technical and scientific resources written in English worldwide (except China, I suppose). Having the whole world rewrite its collective knowledge in Chinese is more hassle for everyone involved that n having the Chinese learn English.

As a learner of Chinese, it's muuuuuuch faster to learn English than to learn Chinese.

Also, as a programmer, you've no idea how many companies are absolutely clueless about Unicode programming. Meaning even if you have found a great translator, if you haven't thought about a internationalisation of your game from the ground up, you're very much ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
