http://store.steampowered.com/stats/content/ is a link to a website and when you click on it a map come up and then scroll down and look for the region with the most bandwith

after that look on the left top conner of steam is a steam button click it and a mune come up click on settings and a window open go to Download and choose the region with the most bandwith save and restart steam

Click on the top left "Steam" button, select "Settings", go into the "Downloads" tab, the second option should be "Download Region", change the download region to ANY download religion, doesn't matter what country, and try downloading it again.

Make sure no other software is using your Internet, try restarting your Router.
