Its not Valves responsibility if your pc or mac cant handle those games
You bought City Skylines a year ago "Unlocked 20 Apr, 2015", that is a bit over the 14 day limit, I would say.
You say you have 7 games you cant play!? thats all the games you have on the account, if non of your games work, you probably should take a look at your hardware, and be more carefull when buying games in the future.
They might have some tips for you, to get Steam and your games running better on your machine. I would try to get help there first, but provide as much information about your machine, games and what you have tried so far, as possible.
But thats like saying "i used to own a car, no i don't own a car and i deserve some money back for all the things i bought for the car when i owned it."
You either bought a worse computer, which means your games still work and will be there when you buy a better one, or, fix whatever is wrong with your newer computer.
Except, the games work just fine. They're the same games they were before you bought your new MAC, they're the same games everyone else is playing. That you don't have the right hardware to play does not mean the product you bought is broken, and certainly is not a valid argument for a refund.
Can't believe I even need to explain the difference.
And if your 'new' rig isn't able to play them, that's hardly Steam's - or the game developer's - fault.
Get a real game computer if you want to play games. Don't forget that Macs only barely started getting games from PC relatively recently, and are still the red-headed stepchild of the gaming world (I won't even bother with the linux machine users, eventually they'll show up on the radar like with the recent vac ban wave on them). Don't expect your mac to run your pc games.
They don't.
look i can't be bothered to explain the whole thing. So go research all the f*ck ups that have happened with this £30 game for yourself. You know people can steal perks and cp from other accounts at the moment.
No but really, after the entire 2hour/2week thing, you need a good reason to get a refund. "My new computer can't play it" is not a good enough reason.
