Download speed drops to 0!
For some reason, I began to drop the download speed on Steam. Let's say I'm starting to download the game. First the speed is normal (3-5 MB / s), then it starts to fall slowly and then drops to 0! Then it grows about 1-2 MB / s and almost immediately drops to zero! With the connection I have everything in order, on the Internet and in the torrent download speed of 3-5 MB / s! Steam does not write no connection, it just reduces the speed. Tried to change the region in the settings, but does not help ... Help please!

Problems with the provider is not available. The modem is connected to the computer by a wire. (Sorry for mistakes, I'm Russian)
