Help my download speed is very slow!!!!

So what i meant by slow is it it start downloading on 1.2 mb ro 1.9 as normal then it went down to 200kb and to 0 bytes then it goes up again and down again and so on! pls help me!!!

the last update i got from cs:go yesterday was a small one ~420MB and it took 5 minutes to download. it went to 0 quite often.

i have 300mb download speed (had to downgrade).
