How to install Riven enhanced DVD version on a 64 bit windows 10 system
Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a copy of the enhanced version of Riven DVD. But when I try to install this game on Windows 10 it displays a dialog box saying unable to run app find the correct version of operating system.

The steam version works for me but since the DVD version has enhanced visuals and sounds I wanted to give it a shot. I ran it on this emulation software ScummVM but I feel the image quality drops a little.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

According this link, it's the DVD version you have on Steam.

I have read that discussion. I do have the gog version and steam version. The steam version has a lot of missing animations and it is not the enhanced DVD version. A lot of people have compared their steam versions with the DVD version and they have a seen a difference. I am unable to contact these individuals at the moment.
