Is there a way to filter a friend's friendslist by game?

I qant to find people om my friends friendlist who own the same games as me. Is there a chrome extension or regular way to do this?

just log in into your game and check it in friendlist

I meant filter it buy game they own. If they own h1z1 can i filter my friends friendlist to display only h1z1 players on his friendslist?

no. you have to view each friend in your friends "friends list."

I heard you can group people together but not sure how.

Alternatively, I just give everyone nicknames. So everyone who plays H1Z1 in your case, I would nickname them H1Z1. So when you search for them, type H1Z1 and all those with that nickname will show up.

but you can manage that who's or what they play in game by using tags
