unable to store games in your inventory to gift later?

i cant seem to store a game away in my inventory at all. there is no option in the gift options as there used to be. has something changed?

You give away gifts to your FRIENDS. not to strangers. because it got out of hand, too many sites like g2a breaking the rules to sell steam gifts.


now you can always be sure the gifts you give to your friends will work!

Safe Cross-Country Gifting
No more worrying if a Gift to E-mail or Gift to Inventory is going to work for a friend, gifts sent through the new system will always work on the receiver's account. When there is a large difference in pricing between countries, gifting won't be available and you'll know before purchase.
