Contact the store where you bought the card. They have to provide you a working code.

I suggest returning it to the location you bought it from. Unless you have a sibling that also uses Steam.

You have been told already to return the wallet card back to the store of purchase and request an exhange or refund.

They say this problem from steam he say ask from steam when or who or what ip use this cod

You've been scammed. They sold you a used code. They're asking you for that information because they know Valve will not provide it for you. Now that they have your money, they're trying to get rid of you.

Sorry to say that you have probably been scammed.

There is no way to test a steam wallet code.

No, the problem isn't from Steam. They do however generate the codes before they get sent off but once that is done, they're out in the open so this means its the responsibility of the merchant/seller to sell you a working code.

Just because you didn't have any problems until now doesn't mean they are trustworthy.

They said they "test" codes somehow. That's a lie. You can't test a code.
