Adding exact funds
Hi there. I have $10 Canadian in my steam account. I'd like to purchase a Dota 2 battlepass (can only be purchased in game afaik) but it costs $13.09. When I attempt to purchase it and click "add funds", it gives me options of $5, $10, etc. Could anyone advise me if it's possible to add the exact amount of $3.09 and how I might go about doing that? Thank you kindly for your help.

Use Enhanced Steam (browser plugin), or when you're here: http://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds

Open up the webconsole (F12 on Firefox; CTRL+SHIFT+I on Chrome ) and use this,
javascript:submitAddFunds( 1309 );

EDIT
If you already added $10 USD, then you screwed yourself out. $3.09 can't be added manually.

Not possible, due to the fees involved (for Valve) an amount less than 5 Dollars is not possible. Otherwise the fees would be higher than the profit that Valve would make.

Anything over 5 Dollars can be individualized, needs a JavaScript trick, or a browser addon like Enhanced Steam though.

Thank you both. When I attempt both methods, I get this message: There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance. Any idea what is causing this? When I look it up it mentions that a proxy or vpn might cause this but I am not using those atm.

I would contact steam support but they are notoriously slow at responding

Ah nevermind, I just saw your edit @Teutep. That must be why the transaction can't go through. Thanks for your help.

Wish steam would add us a custom ammount but for transactions higher than $10
